Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with every purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we are glad to accept returns of saleable merchandise for a full refund.

Returns are complimentary within the contiguous United States.

We are unable to accept returns of items purchased anywhere other than Santorelli.com.


International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.  Please note that initial shipping fees, taxes, and duty charges are non-refundable.

 

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the order ship date for a refund to your original form of payment.
Returns received after 30 days from the order ship date will not be accepted and returned to the sender.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, all returns must adhere to the following conditions:

  • All items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and must have no visible signs of wear.
  • Must be in saleable condition with original uncut tags attached.
  • Garments including accessories, such as slips or belts, must be returned with the accessory.
  • Final Sale Merchandise – including items discounted at 60% off or more, and any other items indicated as
    “Final Sale” at Santorelli.com are not eligible for return. All Final Sale products are indicated on the website via product detail page.

 

Return Process

Please log into your Santorelli Account to initiate a return.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving your item. All items sent back for return are subject to a full inspection upon delivery, and Santorelli reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please return the item you do not wish to keep and place a new order for the desired item at Santorell.com.
